Russian banks are preparing to introduce "SBAI" - domestic replacement of Apple Pay and Google Pay services, which are disconnected due to anti-Russian sanctions. Most large banks will launch the possibility of payment through this application from April 1, TASS reports.

According to the agency, the ZakPay application works on the basis of a system of rapid payments of the Bank of Russia. Some market participants have already implemented an application, for example, "Russian standard" t and Expobank.

The decision will allow you to make a payment through the system of rapid payments (SBP) in one touch, explained to the NSPK. The trading point is enough to have a conventional QR-sticker with an NFC antenna. At the same time, for users, the payment with "ZakPay" will look as well as the payment by a smartphone with the help of the usual pay-service, emphasized in the company.
