The well-known insider @momomo_us discovered that several RX 6400 cards had already been on sale in China and other regions. It seems that all these cards are made to order. In particular, now there is a model MSI AERO ITX, as well as a relatively unknown Chinese brand TAA.
The MSI model is indicated on two sites at a price of 51,500 or 48,213 dollars, however @momomo_us does not explain where these retailers are located, and there are a number of Spanish-speaking countries using a dollar sign for their currency. However, this leak tells us that at least one seller the map "is available".
Later it turned out that these lists from Argentine stores, so the converted price in US dollars ranges from 443 to 461 US dollars. However, these prices are overestimated by local retailers. In addition, MyDRivers reports that the RX 6400 must cost 1,500 yuan, which is about $ 235 US dollars.
One of the sellers not only listed a new card, but also shared the GPU-Z screenshot with all the characteristics of the card. From this we learn that the card has almost the same characteristics as the OEM option released in January, with the "gaming clock" 2039 MHz and the acceleration of 2321 MHz.
It is curious that the speed of the memory for this card is reduced from 16 Gbps (2000 MHz) to 14 Gbps (1750 MHz). The official characteristics of the RX 6400 - 16 Gbit / s, which means that some user cards will have a reduced speed, or it is just a problem with this model.
If you are interested in the test shown in the screenshot, this is a Ludashi test for all PCs (it is not recommended to install this software, since it is very difficult to remove and, generally speaking, it is not very popular outside of China).
Since the card went on sale for almost 3 weeks before the planned launch, it can be assumed that this is not an official removal of the embargo, but rather separate retailers, quietly trying to get rid of their stocks.
