Yandex fell significantly more than the entire Russian stock market. Currently, shares are traded at 1700 rubles.

The company's shares are still in the descending trend and, most likely, in the coming week we will see 1,500 rubles - this is a quite attractive price for medium -term investments.

Why for an average term? Because, the government will introduce additional measures to support the IT sector. Since import substitution in IT and Internet technologies is now in one of the priority areas.

The state will issue money, subsidies and various grants for IT companies (including Yandex). Also, gradually the advertising market will switch to Russian platforms.

Of course, investment in Yandex is carried by high spray, because the entire IT sector is now in a difficult position:

In general, the company has a bunch of problems. But do not forget that Yandex is the company No. 1 in the Internet segment in Russia. And, of course, they will cope with these problems, and in a longer term, the company will return to the growth trajectory.

But whether we want it or not, with a high probability, the company's revenue will go by 50%. Based on the fall in revenue at 50% at the current price per share of 1700 rubles, the payback of the business in revenue is obtained in the region of 3 years.

That is, the price of the action is covered by a revenue per share for 3 years - it is in principle a bit (many times less than that of other world IT companies of the world). Of course, there is a comparison inappropriate, because, huge risks. Nevertheless, the growth potential is pretty big.

Also, the company does not pay dividends and does not return shares. And, accordingly, it may turn out that for quite a long time the promotions will not be interesting to internal players. Since internal players are mostly interesting to dividend companies.

And foreign shareholders who bought shares of Yandex on the New York Stock Exchange, now also lost this opportunity.

Outcome

The growth of Yandex shares is quite expected, but not at the levels that we saw in November (6000 rubles). In the medium term, growth is expected to increase up to 2000-2500 rubles (+70%).

You don't need to buy Yandex to buy all the cutlets now, but it is quite possible to add 1-2% of the portfolio.
