DFI has released an ES220 compact computer. The novelty is designed to install the 35-watt desktop Core Core processors and is equipped with a separate PCH chip. The desktop processor will allow you to run on ES220 resource-intensive application analysis and encryption data, video demonstration, machine vision. To reduce the dimensions of the device, the manufacturer applied the active cooling scheme, which made it possible to bring the size of the computer to 175 x 120 x 49 mm.
The computer is supplied as a chassis on the system board of which any 35-watt 10th generation Core processor must be installed, starting with a dual-core Celeron G4930T and ending with an eight-core Core i7-9700TE. Depending on the computer modification, the PCH H310, Q370 or C246 is responsible for controlling the PCIE bus and exchange with peripheral devices. The C246 chipset allows you to install the Xeon E-2278GEL processor. The processor for work will require the DDR4-2666 RAM in the SODIMM form factor, the maximum amount is 64 GB. The most compact computer modifications are used as M.2 SSD drive (2280 M-KEY SATA), and the G300, G400 and G500 modifications have a compartment for installing two 2.5 '' SATA drives. In addition to the slot 2280 on the computer board there is a slot M.2 2230 E-KEY, which is designed to install the Wi-Fi controller.
The computer case is collected from aluminum and steel parts and is designed for wall mounting. As an option, the manufacturer has an Available VESA 75 mount. On the front of the computer, there are two HDMI video outputs, two Ethernet gygabit port, 4 USB bus jacks 3.1, the power button. The rear panel contains COM port connectors and power input.
