In January, Roselectronics Holding announced the development of the first fully Russian microfler OLED. In Russia, the operating version of the OLED display was the size of the coin of 10 rubles. The display has a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels at a size of about 22x20 mm. This is the first fully Russian display, with a pixel step of 12 microns. It was launched by the cartoon "Elusive Funtik".
In addition to the size, the display is distinguished by a record pixel density - approximate calculations are issued 1400 pixels per inch (PPI).

Such a density was achieved thanks to the "high precision processing of the upper stack of a silicon ultra-wide integrated circuit (SBI) and applying a multilayer OLED structure, the thickness of which does not exceed 100 nanometers."
Note that Samsung Corporation announced the development of a density of 10,000 pixels per inch. But the news appeared in 2020, and since then there were no news. Apparently, the laboratory images did not go. And "Rostech", meanwhile, is already ready to produce 5,000 units per year.
