A complex and very risky scheme for resuming the work of Russian cards on iOS shows how desperately users are looking for vulnerabilities in Apple products to return comfortable services.

This time it was possible to detect how to return the work of the "World" cards with Apple Pay, which stopped supported there from the end of March - early April 2022

The method works exclusively for previously added cards in Apple Pay. To do this, users from the second device come to their Apple ID by announcing the main device missing. In this case, the main device will be blocked, and the message "Restores Apple Pay" appears on the screen.

Next, the regime of the disappear from the second device is canceled for the main one. Apple Pay will work again. This method allows for several hours to use restored access from the Russian world map, after which everyone will have to repeat again.

Risks in such a method are quite large. It is not known how Apple responds to multiple declarations of the device missing every day. There is also a possibility that such a smartphone will be blocked completely.

In addition, you should not count only on Apple Pay for payments within Russia, even if access managed to restore, you need to have a plastic card itself.

In other words, the ways to bypass Western restrictions still have and will be, but each of them is associated with a risk that will bring even more problems than before using it.
