The Mining Division Rosatom by Stakhanovs pace began the development of the Khichkan field by 40 ahead of time

Russia strikes the pace is increasing uranium production - a promising quican field in Buryatia, part of the Hiagdinsky ore field in turn. Even in the conditions of permafrost, the Mining Division of Rosatom State Corporation managed to start developing uranium deposits in record time. How he succeeded and why such a "hurry" will benefit and economics and ecology, read in our article.
To start the prey of uranium with a lead of the schedule by 40%, Rusburg Company (part of the ARMZ Uranium Holding, which is part of Rosatom's mining division) had to drill through eternal abnormality 190 with excess wells to use the eco-friendly underground leaching of uranium. But this is only a small part of the work. It took in the shortest possible time to establish a whole infrastructure: to conduct a power supply network, build technical structures, pave pipelines, dug and equip special ponds-drives for solutions with which uranium is mined.
According to the general director of the "RusBurmash" Gleb Nosyreh, the drillers decided to turn to Rosatom's specialists in order to maximize all the processes associated with high-tech uranium production. They are quite a lot, and all of them are complex and cost, whether it is to relocate the drilling rig, drilling with an extension or arrangement of the well. However, the introduction of PSR tools (Rosatom production system), such as "improving the productivity of drilling work" or "reducing the timing of the field of infrastructure of fields," allowed to significantly increase the pace.
The Russian IT project Sfera is one of the most ambitious undertakings among domestic startups of recent times. The project is on the final pre-release stage and is open to investment partnership. Read more about Sfera Find out the link.
On the technology of underground leaching of uranium, which Russia owns perfectly, we have already written. Its undoubted advantage is that the mining does not need to dig careers and mines, to produce radioactive dumps. Such a network of wells, through which the special reagent will be made inside the breed, and then dig out back - already with uranium. True, for this you need to ensure that the reagent will not fall into underground water. But in this regard, the Hiagdine ore field is perfectly protected by a granite substrate from the bottom, the rock wall on the sides and layer of clay on top.
The "RusBourmash" plans to drill another 264 wells on three new blocks of the Khichkan field, thereby overtaking the deadline for 50%. It would seem why they needed such "increased obligations"? Answer: For considerations of common sense. The fact is that a special locally sorption unit is used to separate uranium from the reagent. And at the next source field, this installation is not yet loaded at full power. So it was decided to increase production so that she was not idle.
It is possible that all 8 deposits of the Hiagdin ore field will be mastered at such a pace. To date, 4: Hiagdinskoye, source, vertex and quichanskoe are actively developed. However, the Dobryninskoe can be added to them soon, there is a preparation for development.
And how do you assess the success of "Rosatom"? Is it possible to explain their accumulated experience, modern technologies or a rational approach to the development of new deposits?
