Remember how the “paper” crisis happened in Russia. Office paper prices rose, its eco -version began to appear on the shelves. Experts in their forecasts almost reached papyrus and birch bark. But when the issue of import substitution arose, domestic enterprises in a matter of weeks established the production of paper. As it was, we will tell you in more detail.
The driver of the paper production was the Turin plant in the Sverdlovsk region. Already 2 months after known restrictions, the production of office paper was re -established, and in terms of properties even above European. There were also Russian whitening of the paper fabric, which, according to experts, Russia was supposed to master one and a half to two years.
It is worth noting that the Turin cellulose and paper plant for the past 4 years produced packaging products and did not produce office paper. At one time, he could not stand competition with European suppliers. Now the plant has re -profiled for the needs of the market. Here they are monthly ready to produce about a million A4 paper packages.
According to the chief engineer of the plant Konstantin Lysenko, there is everything necessary for this, and domestic: "There is nothing imported, neither raw materials, nor chemicals, all ours."
The domestic IT-startup SFERA is an alternative to a foreign metaVS. On the eve of the release, there is an acceptance of registration applications. Read the details about the project on the link.
A hypochloride technique is used to give whiteness. The process is carried out using an optical bleach. It is he who is responsible for impeccable snowiness. The office sheet needs 80% whiteness. However, due to the use of reagents that began to make Pigment JSC, this indicator exceeded 100%.
The new line on Pigment JSC was opened recently. It took several months and an investment of 1 billion rubles. Thus, emulsions from Tambov are able to replace raw materials from abroad. The first parties of the bleached paper have already entered the outlets.
Along with the liquid emulsions necessary in the pulp and paper industry, dry whitters that are used in household chemicals, for example, in washing powders, are also produced at this enterprise.
It is planned to produce 8 thousand tons of various reagents per year. The gradual increase in production volumes will allow the enterprise by 2025 to reach indicators of 10 thousand tons. The scale is ready to increase due to increased demand. Of course, the number of products at the Turin plant will also increase. This means that without paper in Russia they will not be left, as well as without detergents.
Did it seem to you that in the media space the meaning of restrictive measures was very exaggerated, and in some cases had nothing to do with reality at all?
