The image below shows the AMD Ryzen 7000 processor operating at a frequency of 5520.3 MHz during the Ghostwire: Toyko gaming process. Unfortunately, we do not know whether it was the frequency of one nucleus or the processor was dispersed (wait for the update and addition of this topic). Nevertheless, AMD has already demonstrated its Ryzen 7000 processor on CES 2022, operating at the frequency of all nuclei 5 GHz, so such a frequency for one core would not be completely unexpected, but even higher than expected.
Officially, the AMD Zen4 architecture will provide an increase in the clock frequency of more than 5 GHz and more than a 15 percent increase in performance in a single-air mode. The processors of the new generation AM5 operate in the capacity range from 65 to 170 watts.
The AMD Ryzen 7000 series will officially be released "this fall." The new series of CPU will require completely new motherboards based on chipsets of the 600th series.
