Fromkeys () creates a new dictionary and returns a list of keys. The keys for the new dictionary are taken from the SEQ, and the values from Value (if set). Fromkeys () - fromkekeys (Seq [, value]) syntax.
SEQ: This is a list of values that will be used in the preparation of keys for the dictionary.
Value: optionally; If you set, the value will be set as Value.
