While foreign companies are leaving Russia, Western countries refuse cooperation, and the course on the exchange jumps, Moscow sets up logistics chains. So, together with Iran and India, a new transit corridor "North - South" is opened. Many years ago he was mothballed. Now is the time to remember him and start actively using it. The first 40 containers on the route St. Petersburg-Navi-Mumbai have already been sent. From St. Petersburg by rail, the cargo went to the port in Astrakhan. Further along the Caspian Sea - to the port of Enzeli in Iran. After customs control, goods will be sent to the city of Bender-Abbas by land. Next, the containers of the sea will be transported to the port of Navi-Mumbai in India.

The length of the corridor is more than 7000 km. The formation of the international transport corridor "North - South" was initiated by the Ministry of Transport of Russia in order to implement the strategic partnership of Russia with the countries of the Caspian region.
