I hated Airpods Pro transparency until I found this hidden correction

Would you like to configure this mode? It turns out you can!
Since I first used Apple Airpods Pro, I had one serious problem: the transparency mode is too transparent. He misses (and actively strengthens) so much noise that it easily suppresses everything that you play, which is not a problem if you use it quickly to talk with someone in a cafe for a moment, but this is not so. It’s not bad if you want to use it when walking to hear a road noise better, because this means that you may not use headphones at all.
Many best headphones with noise reduction, including Sony WF-1000xm4, have several modes, so you can configure how much sound will skip the noise reduction system when necessary, but in AirPods Pro there is no configuration of transparency ... or here?
Recently, I found a hidden parameter, hidden deeply in the parameters of the “special capabilities” of the iPhone, which allows you to quite configure the operation of the transparency mode. I hope that in the future - perhaps with Airpods Pro 2 - Apple will include simpler pre -installed modes for this, which you can quickly access, but for those who have a current model, this is how you can change the transparency mode by your taste.
On your iPhone go to the “Settings” application, then click “Universal Access”> “Audio/Video”> “Placement of Headphones”> “Transparency mode” (this is hidden at the bottom of the “High -Extensive Highway Placement” page).
Touch this, and the entire screen will be filled with options for setting the sound of transparency mode. Turn on the “user mode of transparency” at the top, and then you can configure it as you like.
In order to better match my taste, I increased the settings of the “suppression of the surrounding noise”, which immediately cut off most of the noise cacophony, which is allowed by the transparency regime, including the air conditioning in the Technic office, which annoys me. Most of all about using it during work. I want to hear when people talk to me, but I really don’t need to hear ventilation holes-finally I can do it.
But I found that using this suppresses some other noises a little more than I need, so I also slightly increased the “strengthening” slider. This led to the fact that some sounds have become a little stronger if I use the transparency mode in a quiet room, but in general the balance is better for me.
Other functions here include the transparency balance mode (to shift the noise allowed for everyone, by one ear, if it is useful for you) and the mode of strengthening the conversation, which should focus on conversations next to you, and not further, although I do not hear special Changes in comparison with the latter in the office, and when I was outside the house, I noticed an additional noise of the wind when turned on, so I did not use it.
However, with the last setting you should play: "Tone". Moving the slider from a lighter to a darker can change the timbre of what you hear through the system. In fact, I decided that with the default settings, everything is in order for my taste, but as soon as you play with the settings for suppressing surrounding noise and amplification, you may well find it.
