Ryzen Threadripper 5990x in acceleration with an energy consumption of 691 watts scored more than 100 thousand points in Cinebench R23

Although officially AMD did not release the Ryzen Threadripper processors on the Zen 3 architecture for the StRX4 platform, engineering samples of such CPU exist. One of them, namely the senior 64-core Threadripper 5990x, fell into the hands of the overtrolaker Skatterbencher.
The enthusiast dispersed this “monster” to the frequency of 4625-4825 MHz, depending on the CCD chip. To do this, the voltage had to increase to 1.45 V. In this mode, the chip scored more than 100,000 points in the Cinebench R23 benchmark. According to Hwinfo64, the peak consumption of Threadripper 5990x was 691 watts.
To achieve such a result, a custom-cooled custom system was used, the ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha and DDR4 4-channel memory.
