PMC Wagner Center will be guarded by Russias defense capacity the Kordcord press service distinguished itself by an unexpected statement
- Nov 16
So far, the very existence and legal basis of PMCs in Russia is still disputed, in the sea capital in the building of the same name, one of the most classified private companies opens its “office” without five minutes. What plans were shared in the press service of the organization and whether the PMC is in Russia, we will tell you right now.
The title sounds especially loudly, given that at least one PMC is known, which the other day should open its “office” in St. Petersburg. Experts will call a few more, and those who have never heard of PMCs have such a loud appearance with a high probability prompted to consult with the Internet and also learn at least 5-6 similar groups. They actively participated in the epicenters of the second conflict - Iraq, Afghanistan, Yugoslavia, Chechnya and many other hot spots. This can be learned from the air of the first channel, where during a short interview with participants in the bone operations, the names of the units, which include fighters. Despite this, formally, these organizations in the form in which they exists abroad are not in Russia. In addition, their creation falls under Article 359 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. So who are they?
By the way, the answer to a similar question in 2018 was given by Russian President Vladimir Putin, who noted that so far the Wagnerians “do not violate the Russian law”, therefore, “has the right to work and push their business interests anywhere in the planet.” Why? It is worth paying attention to the following presidential words:
Indeed, if you go to the official website of the Federal Tax Service and request information about legal entities known as PMCs, then the request issues an impressive list of private security organizations (Choo)-even two or three organizations that the Internet issue.
The draft Law on PMCs in March of this year for consideration by the State Duma was submitted by deputies of fair Russia, based on the lack of legal status among private military organizations. But at the moment, the proposal was not accepted, so the possibility of such organizations to register precisely as PMCs in Russia remained unprocessed anywhere.
Whether the legal basis of the Russian PMC will be revised is the issue of time. But with the location of foreign organizations in the Russian Federation, which are owned by officially registered as PMCs abroad, you need to figure it out now.
Surprisingly, since 2006, the American-British PMC Armorgroup has been producing armored vehicles at its own factory under Nizhny Novgorod and is part of the Russian Union of Machine-Builders of Russia. The largest British PMC G4S has several branches in the CIS that form a whole network. One of the largest suppliers of the Pentagon Raytheon, which also cooperates with non -state associations, is located right in the center of Moscow and, even against the background of other foreign organizations, did not report that he was going to finally leave the market. And these are only a few examples - in reality there are much more.
It is worth noting that, for example, in the United States, private military companies receive a license by introducing a clause on the implementation of the interests of the US government. His organizations have already worked out, sending detachments to the epicenters of clashes and placing their enterprises in the territory of other countries, including Russia.
The team of the domestic IT startup SFEra also decided to act first and has already completed the development of a new domestic social network. In it you will find dozens of interconnected applications aimed at solving problems in real life, be it love, work or hobby. The social network is available for download and is open for investment.
The possibility of creating a grid from Russian private innovative enterprises has already been announced in the press service of Concord, which publishes official comments by Yevgeny Prigozhin, who recently opened the PMC Wagner Center.
The task of the center will be the free placement of inventors, designers, IT specialists, experimental production and startup space. All this will be aimed at “increasing Russia's defense capacity” and accelerating the rejection of imported technologies for the Wonna industry. For this, enthusiasts will be provided with all the conditions, including the full financial support of the most promising. According to the press secretary of the Center for Anastasia Vasilevskaya, the organization received more than 1000 applications from potential residents. It is known that among the participants there will be a design bureau A.A. Gorbunova, whose activity is associated with the development and operation of unmanned vehicles.
The flexibility of the accepted approaches was immediately frightened by the West, which quickly introduced the transformations against the Wagner PMC, and the appearance of the center seemed to frighten the authorities of the cultural capital of Russia. The Concord said that they did not doubt their correctness: “There will be claims, we will decide in court.”
At the same time, the main state structures so far have no complaints about the new organization. At a large press conference, the President of the Russian Federation asked the Prosecutor General’s Office to give a legal assessment of the Wagner PMC. The department reported: "There are no violations." Therefore, the organization, according to the president, has the right to "work and push its interests anywhere in the world."
