Sony will release two turntables with aptX Bluetooth for the first time in 5 years
Equipment includes a transparent dust cover, a built-in switchable equalizer (phono/linear) and a USB output for digitizing recordings with adjustable gain.
“Both players also support high-resolution aptX Adaptive Bluetooth 96kHz/24-bit wireless audio,” the announcement reads.
The advanced model has removable RCA cables and higher quality electronics to reduce noise, while the basic model has non-removable cables.
Sony will release two new models of vinyl record players - PS-LX3BT and the more advanced PS-LX5BT.
