Nature: physicists have limited the parameters of axion dark matter

Chinese physicists from the University of Science and Technology of China conducted a series of experiments to study the interaction of axion dark matter with ordinary matter.

Observations were conducted from July 20 to August 31, 2022, and provided approximately 739 hours of effective data.

Regular calibration of the network was carried out every hour using control pulses.

Analysis of the data did not reveal significant events that could indicate the intersection of topological defects associated with axion dark matter.
