Russian AI from Netvision will control violators on electric scooters
“The Russian company Netvision has developed an intelligent monitoring platform to detect violations of the rules for riding a scooter. The Netvision Micromobility Control system will work in three large regions by the end of the year,” the press service said.
They explained that the neural network, analyzing video from city cameras, identifies various violations in the use of scooters - traveling together, crossing a pedestrian crossing, parking in the wrong place - with an accuracy of above 95%.
City administrations also have access to an analytical dashboard that displays a heat map of scooter traffic, areas of concentration of violations, and the dynamics of violations depending on the time of day and day of the week.
“Netvision Micromobility Control can be integrated with external systems, for example, with data from kick-sharing operators, which will create a unified ecosystem for managing micromobility in the city,” the press service added.
The Russian Ministry of Culture announced the dismissal of director Konstantin Bogomolov from the post of acting rector of the Moscow Art Theater School.

The head of Sberbank, German Gref, proposed reforming the income of civil servants in Russia so that officials “get enough.”
“We need a reform of the income of civil servants. People should receive enough to lead a fundamentally non-beggarly lifestyle,” RIA Novosti quotes Gref.
The average monthly salary of civil servants in government agencies in 2022, according to Rosstat, was 79.8 thousand rubles.
By decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, salaries for officials increased by 7.6% from October 1, 2025.
Law enforcement officers detained Deputy Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region Andrei Faleichik.
A source in law enforcement agencies told Kursu Dela that Faleichik is suspected of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale from the director of Yunost LLC, Mikhail Bleyzer, for the transfer of the Yunost children's camp owned by Kopeisk for a long-term lease.
Searches are being conducted at the suspect's place of residence and work.
The interest of the security forces is connected with the time when Faleichik headed Kopeisk.
