The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation solemnly canceled the postage stamps of the series of achievements of science and industry in Russia.
The series, released in the Decade of Science and Technology, is dedicated to the key technical achievements of domestic science and industry.
The stamps represent iconic developments and innovations that have become symbols of Russia’s progress in various industries: the S-76 unmanned transport system, the Izdeliye 177S aircraft engine, the Tokamak T-15MD thermonuclear installation and the Baikal-GVD neutrino telescope.
Postage stamps “Technical Achievements of Russia” have already entered circulation throughout the country and are available at post offices, as well as at Collector salons.
